How do I set my shipping address?

Since our website and service are based on English, all the information that you typed in is required to be English input method, including punctuation. If certain letters of your address contain Non-English letters, you are advised to use the similar English ones instead. For example, you may change letter "?" to "c".

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Please be advised that in very small instances, we can change your shipping address within 6 hours from purchasing time of the same day. However, any long than that, your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been processed or shipped. Kindly update your shipping address to your residential address instead of your vacation address as we do not know how long the destination's customs department will have the package on hold

When will my order arrive?

All items in store take 2-5 business days to process. And depending on your location, it can take more 14-30 business days to deliver in the US and 18-40 business days to deliver outside the US. Once the order is shipped, we will send your tracking information to your email in the next day as the tracking information will be available during 24-48 hours after we ship the order. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.

How do I track my order?

We will email your tracking information as soon as your order is shipped. Usually you will receive the tracking number one day after we ship your order.

Can I use several discount codes in one order?

Promotion and discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions and discounts unless stated otherwise.

What do I do if I have missing items in my order?

If something is still missing, please contact us immediately via email

How much does it cost?

We offer minimum shipping rates basing on specific orders, as well as free shipping on orders past a certain amount.

Do we ship products internationally?

If I order multiple products, can they be shipped in the same package?

To reduce shipping delay for our valued customers, all products are shipped individually as soon as they are processed for shipping in our warehouse.

Cancellation

Occasionally an item is sold out and we may need to cancel your order. If for any reason your item is unavailable, we will notify you via email and you will be refunded in full.

I’ve put down the wrong shipping info/size order/variant order! What do I do?

Prevention is this best protocol for this scenario. Please triple check to make sure all information submitted is correct when following the purchasing process. If you do happen to make any error, please contact us as soon as possible and we will try and correct the error. As our products are processed in the day of the purchase submission, we cannot guarantee your purchase info will be corrected. All customers will be subject to re-purchasing the desired items if an error occurs.
